This feels like Homecoming Week! People are visiting and all chatty. How I'm lovin' it! Please do keep coming back - look how happy it makes everyone!

I am headed to Great Lakes on Friday for a weekend birthday visit with Aaron. Yippee!! I managed to get a free ticket out of O'Hare when I was flying home from graduation - and I knew immediately what I was going to do with it. His birthday is 10-10-10! I just had to be there with him for that. Then it's another step of letting go.

Maureen - I for one (and I'm sure many others) have missed you on here. You've got it girl for prayers for Robert. What a light-filled child you have there. I just want to give him a big hug looking at this picture. I was so glad to read the words that he will get to 'no longer has to do this'. May that day come swiftly and may this surgery go quickly and easily for him. Oh my, he has a strong spirit, doesn't he? Wow!

Lots of love to each of you tonight. Keep your momma hearts strong (and girlfriend and wives and grandma hearts too).

Hi Maureen! Great to hear from you! I didn't know your baby had spinal issues! Will definitely say a prayer for him! I was telling the group about the new Scentsy candles they have out for the military. I got a Navy one and it's too cool! I love it! Anyway, just telling the girls to check it out.....It would have been so neat to have had that during Battlestations! oh well......
Hey Nicole! Glad to hear you and bf are taking it slow but still together. I think that's the best way to handle it at this point. Aren't you thinking of joining the Navy yourself?
Mrs B... that's funny about being allergic to boys! I know the feeling cuz i have three of the little rugrats...well, except they're not so little anymore :(

Hello again all,

Corie...so nice to know C and D are in the same Corpsman A school class isnt it ? Nice to know someone else :)) PM me and tell me what part of TN you will be in ok ?
AJJJJJJJJJJJJJJ :)) How are you girl ? Have missed ya.
ok what is this about Navy scentsy candles ? I missed that part.
Its gotten so nice here in West TN. I love the fall and the cool weather. This is when we really like taking the camper and camping. Nice big fire at night to cook marshmellows, sing ( Jerry plays guitar) have some drinks, and just relax. Ahhhhhh.
Please keep my son Robert in your thoughts and prayers next Tuesday. He is having his annual spine surgery at Shriners Hospital in St Louis. He is a trooper and we all will be glad when he no longer has to do this. ( He has Scoliosis). He is my smiley child too.
Hugs to everyone !!
This is Robert

What a flurry of activity on this site! Woo Hoo! Keep coming back when and as you can!

Mrs. B - hang in there girl! Your new little darlin' will be here soon.

Corie - good luck with your move to TN - sometimes starting fresh is such a nice opportunity.

Good to see you again Maureen and thanks for posting those pictures.

Dyl's Mom - I have heard a couple of times about those Navy scentsy candles. I will have to check them out.

Nicole - am I reading that you are a 'girlfriend' again?

Mary - lovin' your holiday time table of babies and remembering birthdays. But, now I want some brownies and cupcakes and ice cream with all of these birthdays coming up!

My bf started A school this week, he passed his CPR and Finance Class and is now onto Anatomy and the muscular system, graduation looks to be at the end of January!

Some of you have heard that I am moving to TN, I have family there and am looking to start my life over fresh. It's also closer to C so I can go up and see him sometimes! The move has been put on hold till sometime next week.

Mrs B- sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well, get better and till your little one to get here faster.

To everyone else- I'm glad that are recruits are now Sailors and that we can talk to them when their not busy, Hope everyone is doing alright.

Mrs B...that was me that was mentioning the baby...thought you had your son by now. Sorry to hear that you arent feeling all that well . Tell your son to hurry up already lol. Had to laugh at the " allergic" to guys part. Take care of yourself. Look forward to seeing pictures !

Hi Ladies, I heard people over here were talking about Mrs. B's baby... He has not arrived yet, but...I am dilated to 2 cm (as of Monday). I went to the hospital last night, not because of labor pains, but because my ankles had swollen really big in a short amount of time. They did a few tests to make sure it wasn't preeclampsia and finally decided that my heart was just not strong enough to pump the fluids back up. And then I was throwing up a lot and they said it was because my son was "dumping" all his male hormones into my system and that it was irritating my stomach. LOL...guess I'm allergic to guys! :)

I will post asap when I have him, with pictures!

Morningggggggggggg Friendsssssssssss !!

So sorry that I have not posted in so long. No excuse either. Hope everyone is doing well and so are your sailors. I will be better in keeping up on everyones news I promise.
D finally stared Corpsman A school last week. Already had his first test and got 100....so proud !! He is now officially CPR certified too. His Anatomy and Phisiology book is incredibly thick as you will see

Its very nice to be able to talk with him or text with him. What a difference a month makes huh ? We are looking at end of January for a A school graduation date. His roomate is very nice and is almost done with A school, so has been giving D good advice about getting through the school. D is NOT at all liking the colder weather up there but he'd better get used to it. Snow will be on the ground for sure before he graduates.
I guess I am going to have to go back and see if I can see Mrs B's baby pics. I missed that :(
Take care all and Have a wonderful Wednesday !

Forget the Cupcakes Ahoy....the wife that started that is moving and her last delivery is this weekend. That bummed me out!! (do people really still say bummed out? lol!) If worse comes to worse, i'll just pack him a goodie box and send him some money to spend on whatever at the nex. Oh yeah, before I forget, i bought the COOLEST Scentsy candle! Have you seen the new military ones? Anyway, i just got my Navy one and it's tight! I have it in Dyl's room and it's kind of nice to see a little light in there....AND WOW! it's smells good too! Imagine walking into your son's room and smelling something good! woo hoo! I should get a bravo zulu for that! ha! Can't get any better than that! ok..... so it's the little things that make me happy! Can't help it!
Mary, i just cant bring myself to take my 943 off my name! The boys worked so hard to make 943 stellar that i just gotta keep it in my name. I guess I could drop the PIR date though......
