Mary - when is your son's birthday? Wow lots of October babies! Most likely including Mr. and Mrs. B!

Hi Justins Mom -- good to see you here again. My son's birthday is this Sunday! He is also in GL.! What a great month, eh? We have sent a FedEx package and a Priority Mail package (Postal Service) to A. I do not know about deliveries that would come via a business like a cookie or gift shop. Sorry that I can't help you out more. Good luck and Happy Birthday to your son!

Great picture gjsmom! And thanks for sharing it. Where is his A School? All the best to him!

Hi Ladies! I was just reading about the supposed stabbing at the GL's naval base. My hubby is there for A-school and I asked him about it, because I know if he knew anything about it, he would have told me...and he said he heard that a PO was stabbed with a ball point pen, but he had not heard of any fatalities. He said that if anyone is seriously wounded or killed on a base, they go through a base lock down..and that never happened. He wonders if it is a rumor? Anyways...I hope, if it is true, that God comforts the family's heart and that whoever did such a thing will never be able to do it again. :(

LynB...too funny! how can lettuce be a friend! lol!! I hate lettuce because it has absolutely no flavor!
AJ...i'm with Mary...I need to know what happened to the man from Nantucket! ha! Also, I guess I didn't realize or hear that the incident at GL involved a fatality. Guess I should pay more attention.
Iris- your experience with your group sounds alot like mine. The specific group for his rate is dead as a door nail and the other is various pieces of random info on things that really aren't pertinent. We always enjoy you coming around though!
TeaParty! It's been awhile....glad you're doing ok! You are a very busy woman! Sounds to me like you need a vacation! I do know where you are coming from because our pastor and his wife were always on the go, go, go. Blessing will come your way!
Mary- who are you hiding in your pants?

I am so sorry. I will have to let my daughter know that her friend is wrong. Thank you for that information. It was more like what I heard at first but then yesterday I was told this other story. My heart and prayers go out to the families also. Thank you for updating me.
