94.1 KMPS Seattle station. I don't know if I can even get it down here in Albany. If you go to the Station site you can hear the past stories - it's listed under Soldier Salute.

AJ - I'm with you. The new group doesn't have the same feel. So here I'll be still with my girls and I'll try to feel more at home on the other group. They've already had some nasty drama, but fortunately that was resolved quickly.

DO - I'm currently in chemo treatment. It sucks! But I'm 33% through it. Wish it was more cause it really makes you feel like a zombie. Oh.. .the things we have to do. =) I found out I had a tumor on July 3rd in my colon. They removed it July 4th and H. left for boot camp July 14th. We didn't have a lot of time to wrap our brains around all of it, but somehow managed. She a strong kid and apparently I am too.

Iris, what was your reference to chemo? Is that a process you are in, or a job you do? My husband is on his last 7 weeks, of a 48 week process. All that and kids in the service too!

Just wanted you to know, we printed the G n G story and used it as our bible in GL. I even shared it w/ the mom I sat by @ graduation. It sure was nice to know about the USO. They were not going to let us in without our sailor though. My mom is 87, so I wanted to leave her there will I connected with him. Thankfully, our foster son was with us and he showed them his sailor ID.

Happy Tuesday, all

Iris - is there a way that we can listen to your interview after the fact?

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm having a hard time feeling at home with my new groups. I guess I need to grow up and move out of my kindergarten class here. But I don't want to!

Iris - that is so awesome. It is 8 minutes before you go live! Sending you loving calm as you prepare to tell you and your daughter's story. Go Iris!

Hi all. I'm going to be interviewed on KMPS Austen Wednesday at 0900. Eeekkk... I'm nervous. I don't usually like that kind of stuff. I sent in my story about my sailor and they choose my story. I guess it is kind of got some added adventure in it. =) H. is still playing the waiting game in Pensacola. I'm trying to figure out why she had to be a G& G if all she was going to do is wait. Hmmmm? Well off to chemo, have a great day and it's nice a few still check in.

Morning Mary, Hurley, Michelle, Lyn, Dyl's Mom, Nicole and all the rest of you!

Matt seems a bit paranoid with keeping the room clean. If only his condo looked so good! Hey, why couldn't he be that way when he lived at home?. It should be mandatory hat every teenager go through a certain extent of BC, would be an interesting experiment to see.

Hey ladies, I've been sick so I haven't been on much, fighting off this stupid cold!
Hope to be on more often! Have a good day!(:
