I think I already wrote a Congratulations to you Courtney .... but want to say it again ... I look all the time at the pictures you post of little TJ ..... what a sweet, adorable boy.  Your words are 'glowing' .... so surely you must be!

 

Congrats too, for Matt and his early promotion.  Such a smart group of Sailors and Coasty here!  

 

Iris ..... I already posted this on the other group, but I'm going with 'this is not good' ..... not much feels right in all the things you are sharing.  I so hope you get to talk to her today.  Do let us know.  

 

Donna ..... so hard when they have these periods where they can't or don't communicate.  Even though we try to be patient and brave, it never really does get easier waiting and waiting and waiting .... seems like we are always waiting on something in this.  I'm glad you have your grandchildren to keep you hopping and playing!

 

Okay, Nicole ....... you look mah-vel-ous dahling!  How cute .... how pretty .... how wonderful to see you so happy.  I haven't seen or read here the question that I have after looking at your pictures.  IS THAT A PROMISE RING ON YOUR FINGER?  Left hand, ring finger, appropriately and quietly displayed in the photograph.  Wasn't there talk of one of these showing up .... does this mean it did?  Or am I making up a story here?  Do tell!

Nicole, you look beautiful in your dress and shoe. I love the way you did your hair too. You both look so happy. Such a nice couple you make. I bet you can't wait to see him again!

Oh iris, I feel so bad for all this with Haley. I am hoping it was just a freak accident and nothing more. I'm sure she will talk to you in private. She's a smart girl.

Ok, so Matt got his yearly evaluatation. He received an EP, early promotion. He did almost perfect and this gives him more points. He's very excited because he's been studying his a-- off for the test in sept. He plans on scoring high on it, ( more points) . He scored high last time he took it but lacked points. Fingers crossed!

Thanks Iris. Hopefully October will hurry up. I miss him already. Aug. 20th will be our 6 month mark of being together, it's crazy how fast time has flown, before we know it we'll be at a year! :)

 

So sorry to hear about Haley! I'm glad she is okay though...Fred seems like a rather shady sort of guy.

Iris, Sorry you didn't get to skype with Haley and Fred. The more I read this, the more I feel something is wrong also. Doesn't sound like the Haley that tells her mom everything. Don't want to scare you but I think you are right about something being wrong.If there is more to this accident, I pray that Haley sees through it and can see the bigger picture.

NO word from my daughter again today, Think it is going on 3weeks again.

Nicole - Great pics. You look so happy, then so sad. We all know that roller-coaster ride, but now boot-camp is behind you guys. October will be here before you know it and him being able to skype you is fantastic. Stay busy and keep working towards your goals. =)

 

Mrs. B - CONGRATS!!!  I'm so happy for you. I hope this is a smooth pregnancy for you. Your little family is growing. Squeellllll.....

 

So, crazy weekend. I was suppose to skype on Sunday with Haley and Fred but they rescheduled to Monday at 1300 cause Fred was taking Haley our somewhere. Didn't get much detail but Haley was very apologetic to me. Last night Haley calls and says "I wrecked my car". Fortunately everyone is alright. She hit another car. Her car is un-drivable. Today she has to deal with insurance and all. I'm not 100% sure I got the whole story. Sounded like she was calling at the scene of the accident cause I kept hearing like a police radio chatter in the background. I asked her if she was distracted and she said yes. Why oh why do I keep getting this feeling that Fred is not good for her? Expensive lesson so far. I'm not sure he wasn't driving. He has been using her car as if it's his. Hopefully she will talk to me soon. Ugh! The most important thing is she's fine. I must of asked her that like 3 or 4 times. Lol.... Anyhow, that's all the news I have from her for now. I'll try to call her later today to see how she is.

We will be skyping once he's settled it more so. He's been unpacking and such all day. Says his room mate isn't too bad, is a year older than him but has a major potential to annoy him. Otherwise not bad. I should be able to see him the first week of sept. Or the 2nd week of october, i think we're pushing for october so he has overnight liberty! Hurley- he is in charleston, he's a nuke:)
