Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Well when the nurse handed me this box (which looked like there should be something sparkly in it and not a blinking capsule) I opened it and looked at her like, are you serious? You want me to swallow this thing? Ok, so I just pulled up my big girl pants and Navy mindset and before she could give me advice on how to get this down I was asking her ok, what's next? She probably thought I was use to putting big things down my throat! I can't even swallow my fish oil pills let alone this camera! So the worst part was fasting the day before and day of. No liquids after 10 at night. So I was pretty dehydrated and welcomed the water with camera! I almost retrieved it from the toilet. I was so proud of that thing sitting in there just flashing away, taking all kinds of pictures of my butt and cooter. I even called my oldest son in to admire it! He was like, what the hell?! Didn't warn him prior! Oh well, alas, it's now taking pictures of my septic tank! Oh and from what I'm told, this procedure is no so cheap. Don't know the cost yet but my insurance made me jump through hoops to ok it. I'll keep you all informed, oh and I'll ask for the pictures!

Ok AJ, I didn't get the camera yet, just didn't have the time to go to best buy and get it but when I do you all will see my pictures of my wonderful flowers!
Oh, I did get a new stove though. It's induction so I need all new pots and pans. Fun to watch water boil in seconds!
Iris, im sorry Haley loves this guy. Maybe it's all good and I'm sure she would know the best for her but it just seems wrong with the drinking and them unfaithfulness. Wish we could rule our kids lives sometimes. Maybe it's good he's so honest to her. One could hope. Love your derby name. So happy you love it! Very cool.

Ok, sorry I've been kinda busy. More Tests and Marc and Ashley came home for the weekend.
So I swallowed the camera pill this morning. I had to go back before the dr closed to get the receiver and belt back but wound up passing the camera within 6 hours. I was like, he'll the tidy bowl man is having a rave party in my toilet! That thing was blinking like a strobe light! When I realized it was still taking pictures ( of my buttoned cooter) I jumped off the pot ASAP! Went early to the dr. And the dr said it was record time! So, won't get results for awhile. Takes 50,000 pictures, from what I'm told. Maybe I don't gain weight cause my system works too fast. Maybe I don't digest all my food. I don't know but I think all will be just fine.

haha, I might have to get you to make me one. I more than love it! Every time I see a "Sailor" shirt, I want it... LOL. But the only one I have is my maternity one I wore to graduation. LOL

well, my friends and i bought the paints together, those were 10. gems were 2$ per pack, got 4 packs, shirt was 3$. maybe ill send them out exclusively :) haha
