For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Keeping my candle lit for Divs 305 and 306 for tonights BS. May they all get through BS's safely and give their moms calls tomorrow afternoon saying " MOM IM A SAILOR"...trust me when I say that I KNOW full and well what you all are feeling right now and what youll feel like tomorrow when youre waiting on that call. I thought that I would lose my mind or have an anxiety attack or both....can we say its COCKTAIL HOUR NOW ???? lol Hugs and love to you all ....cant wait to meet you all...hugs all around !! :))

HE made it my BF is doing Battle Stations tonight, Praying for all 305 and 306 and all the others that are going in with them. Happy Dance, I'm leaving at 5 AM to drive to Great Lakes, Happy Dance, I want to leave now I can't contain my excitement Good Luck to all!

Haha, trust me Emily, I lost my mind when I heard they had lost some of our paper work. I called the recruiting office and was like, what the heck! LOL...they did apologize and tried to make up for it...but the "make-up" for it was just a pair of nice Navy sunglasses...haha. But...it all worked out in the long run and NOW...in just a couple of days...I'll have MY SAILOR!!!!!!!

Pretty much anything you can think of mcwife. Someone had told S they don't do the guns anymore, but they do-and did, she hates them, but after all of this says that the Navy has cured her of her fear of needles! lol
