Morning Ladies -
Loving all the chattiness! Woo Hoo....
First - Mrs. B - I'm so sorry. I agree there isn't much anyone can really say, except we are thinking of you. Hugs to you and your family. Better days ahead. <3 <3
Nicole - Looking good chick-a-dee. I'm so excited for you. Can't wait to see all the pics and hear all about graduation and your visit. You must be having a crazy time concentrating on anything else. Lol..... =)
Mary - Oh... the "I told you so". Lol... well, we all saw that coming. Why can't they just listen in the first place. So has he figured out a plan to get the tracker home? Sounds like Morgan is going to make up her own mind. Seems you've raised some strong children. Lol... Chip off the ol' block. Dereck actually may be doing more to encourage her into full time by not being supportive of her decision. In the end, it is there choice and they are the ones that have to follow through. When did being a mom get so complicated. When they were little it was pretty straight forward - Hungry, tired, play time, boo boo...
Hurley - So happy your test results have come back alright. Whew! Hope you are feeling better now. I seriously think being sick is better left to the cold, icky winter months. Summer is for sunshine and feeling good. Tell your body that. It might not know it. =) So a new camera. Fun!!! Can't wait to see what you shoot.
Okay - I can't think of what the rest of you wrote. Crummy part about pages is that you can't re-read it until after you post. Anyhow, AJ - I'm sure I was going to say something to you. I always have something....lol..... I suppose it will come back to me later.
Talked with Haley yesterday evening. Not much happening. She's still happy, enjoying life and counting down the months till we get there. I'm going to try to skype with Fred next week. I'm really trying to like him for Haley's sake. She knows I'm trying but she also knows that I have a big bias against him for cheating on her. Can't help that, he was a schmuk for doing that and I can't excuse it. Guess what folks, you are responsible for your actions. Soooo..... we will see how that goes.
Derby is going well. I'm doing an outdoor skate today. Finally seeing some sunshine after 4 or 5 days of rain. Yeah, weather bites here. Grumble, grumble. Lol..... But the sun is shining so I'm going to make the most of it. Okay this is where the conversation is going to go down hill. I have to share though. Lol.... I woke up the other night with a derby name on my mind. I will start off saying, nothing really lead up to it except that I had been reading a whole bunch of names from other skaters before going to bed. That said, I wake up thinking Vy-Brater. I decided to share that with Land Tuna (one of my team mates that has a really good sense of humor) and we end up going back and forth with really horrible tag lines. Our Eugene college football team is the Oregon Ducks and they do this thing at the games which is make a zero with there hands and yell "Oooooooooo". Well that was one of my tag lines. Some others that we came up with were "smells like tuna", "she hits the spot", "you'll hear her coming"... Anyhow, sorry, just thought some of you might get a chuckle at our horribly inappropriate humor.
As far as names go, I keep changing my mind. Nothing has really grabbed me. I have time cause I can't really register anything till I've been with the team three month (and skating) and in good standing. So I still have a couple of months. I'm looking for something really cleaver. Last weekend two that stood out at the bout where Isla Eatyobabies and Asonya Face. That's derby. =)
Well on that note. Again, I apologize if I've offended anyone. Hope you all have a really fantastic day. We are half way through the week. Woo Hoo.... Here's to hearing from your sailors/GC. RSL!
Thanks ladies!
Mary-Typical Big Brother thing.
My boyfriend does it to his little sister. ALLLLL THE TIME. if he had it his way, he'd sit in on her dates! I guess i'm the bad influence, when I tell her to just do what she wants, and disreguard most everything he says because its just the big brother in him talking:P
What an amazing outfit and striking, beautiful pose. That dress fits you like it was made for you. Love the Navy digi design for the border. How did you do that? He will be so glad to see you.
Hurley ... do you have your new camera now? You can post the questionably rated pictures on FB!
Mrs. B ..... I am so sorry about your news and the baby. There are so many things that one says at a time like this, and nothing seems to make the anguish of that feel better. It must have been doubly nice for you to have your Mom around for her visit. I'm hoping that you still have lots of support around you, but if you need more, I'm happy to connect. I lost a baby between my two boys ... a girl. So, I'm here if you need someone.
I still haven't seen a picture of your diaper cakes. Can you post one here? Great entrepreneurial spirit!
And TJ is talking already .... wow the timing is going by so fast. Give him a sweet little hug from us.
Mary ... let us know how it goes with the school counselor today.
Seems like I had something to write to Iris and it is eluding me at the moment. I'm sure it will come back .... when it does ..... I'll be back!
Hi Ladies! Haven't been on here in a while. Been keeping up with Nicole on FB and reading other people's statuses there. Life has been ok...
Have some sad news... I lost a baby a few weeks ago. :( I've been emotional and frustrated/angry since then. Please don't say anything about it on FB unless it's a private message to me. My dad doesn't know and he is having to take 3 anxiety pills a day to keep him from having a heart attack or stroke, so I don't want him finding out...it'll kill him, literally.
Paul is doing well with working at Fry's. He made around $300 the other day... in one day!!!! :) and yesterday he made around $200, so hopefully rent won't be a big deal this next month.
TJ is doing well...growing like a weed and he is starting to talk more...he says, "Ok," "dada" and "mama" and of course, what kid doesn't say, "NO." LOL....
I am starting an at-home business called, "Diaper Cakes for All Occasions." I am hoping that it will take off and do well. My goal is to sell 1-2 diaper cakes a week... :) So if any of you even need a nice, cool, unique baby shower gift, you're welcome to contact me!!! :)
Well, Mom is still here for a few more days. She finally got me into action/comedy movies. I normally just like chic-flicks.. LOL
Anyways, life is good over all. Just a lot of stress, but who doesn't have stress?
Blessings to you all~
