DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

GOT A PHONE CALL!!!! 45 minutes all to me :DD
He is healthy again. Missed his #2 run by 39 seconds, but will pass it on the 3rd one.
Wasn't able to do live fire because a big storm hit and knocked out powerr.
Gas chambers is tomorrow.
Battle stations the 27/28th
then GRADUATIONNN(:
He kept saying "IS THERE A JODY?" And continuously I said, no, there's NO other guy. because I guess his bunkmate keeps talking about his girl and worryin she'll get with another guy, because he's cheated on her and is proud of it? and claims it makes him "more appreciative of his girlfriend, because the other girls are skanks"......uhm...BUD, I DON'T BELIEVE YOUR GIRLFRIEND WOULD BE GLAD TO KNOW THAT'S WHY YOU'RE APPRECIATIVE?!?!?!?!!
Wow. My bf chewed him out and explained how wrong that logic is to him. That's sad. And I wish I'd meet that girl at PIR and it just "slip out" because it's so wrong...but it's not my place, so i shall behave!
probably fake though, so it doesnt wilt in my hair:p
Hurley! Waking up to your bright, positive, healthy, assuring news this morning has made my day already ..... stick with those inner senses that everything is ok! It is still a relief to get that confirmation. Boo that you had to go through the pain of the biopsy though and I hope your soreness is much improved. I'm doing a happy dance for you here with the rising sun ......
..... and while I'm at it, I think I will wear some of these pretty flowers that Nicole has posted ... what vibrant color .... she must be taking lessons from Iris.
Mary ... is Dereck already working on a masters program? or these classes will help him to get closer to one? What a brainiac he is. I know you give him crap for being a dork and/or a nerd, but wow, you must be so proud of him. I'm confident he got all of his smarts from you! Staying up to 3:00 a.m. to play Monopoly with an imminent test? this boy must have a photographic memory! Speaking of Monopoly, I have a Spanish version here, and I played it with my nephew and his girlfriend (the same game, just all in Spanish). I kicked their a$$e$, just sayin' ......... How did you burn your nose?
Bright blessings to each of you this day!
AJ- 10 days!!!!!!:)
WWWWEEEEEEEHAAAAAAA!
(Keep in mind i'm keeping days until I go stay in Aledo with his family, not until the actual PIR. 10 days from now will be my last day of work, the day before we leave for pir and 2 days prior to PIR, i like it this way, because it's a shorter count down:))
