Fly....Im so sorry that you are crying :(((( I got mine today too but I think getting Davids address and knowing when he was graduating got me through not crying at the box. Think of it this way, NOW you can look forward to graduation and seeing him again and writing him all kinds of letters now. I did get teary eyed today though, when Davids youngest brother wrote him a little short note that said he missed him and please come home :(

Thanks, Deborah!

It is seriously all I can manage is obsessing over Greg. And N4M. While at the park, I must have mentioned it 10 times to my other friends. I was dying to get back here and see how Glitterbomb was doing and when I referred to "Glitterbomb and Proudmom" I am pretty much sure my friends were convinced that I have officially lost my mind.

Maureen 62 - thanks for the picture information. I told my stepdaughter BEFORE she left to make sure she ordered pictures for us - can't imagine not memorializing this moment in her life!!!

michellep - I'm right there with ya on the "how are we ever going to get any work done" part. It's like 24/7 I'm thinking about her or writing to her or going here to find out more info. Wonder what the moms of previous generations did when their child went off to BC - Thank goodness for the internet ! ! ! ! BTW, Luke & Sam are precious!

Hello Ladies! I swear I feel closer to normal than I have since Greg left. Okay, I know I've been a little crazy today... Hopefully I will calm down to closer to normal and not scare all my new BFFs away. How are we ever going to get any work done over the next 50 days???

I have hardly left the house - other than the emotionally disasterous trip to see Toy Story 3 on Saturday - since Greg left. My littlest sons were going crazy in this house right alongside me so I forced myself to close the computer and take them to the park for a bit, but now I'm back and dying to see what I've missed in all of 3 hours.

Here is Luke playing at the park. Perhaps a Firefighting Sailor in the making...

And here is Sam, my Sanitation Sailor In Training:

Sobe,,on the average, how many divisions graduate in one week ? You said the one before us has 14. Guess thats why David is in 303 cause he is NOT a grad and go, Corpsman A school is right there at GL.
I agree with Sobe....go to graduation either way, its something none of us will ever forget.
**** ALSO, remember to write your sons/daughters and ask them to order pictures for you !! I will post the picture packages and prices up in the discussion area

Oh my, looks like if the norm holds, Adam will be Grad and Go too :-(
