Good Morning Ladies! It's Sunday. Tomorrow is BS21 For 303, 304 & 943. HOOYAH!!! So excited for you all. This is THE week. The week the rest of the divisions do BS, The week you get the "I'm a Sailor, Mom!" call, the week we hold our SAILORS in our arms. Yay! Yay! Yay!. I wonder how many times I'll pack my bag, trying to make sure I've got everything I'll need and deciding on what to wear. Lol.... Not that it matters. I'd show up buck naked to see my daughter.

So today I'm going to do some more prep for our trip. Maybe wash the dog so I'm not sending a stinky little furry rat over to my friends house. Definitely brushing her teeth. Wow, dog breath is not good. Whatever I accomplish today, I'm doing it slowly so that it takes as much time as possible. That's the only way I'm going to get through these next few days without completely spazzing out.

Have a lovely day today ladies and lets hear a Hooyah for our next round of Battle Station divisions.

HHHHHOOOOOOOOOYYYYYYYAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!

Diannep- thanks for the voicemail info. My plane lands at 11:00, so I think I will be safe, but just in case- I sure don't want to miss that call just because I am trying to get there! lol

Maureen- I was just looking at our 308 group site! lol sure is quiet in there. Guess everybody just camped out here! I was wondering if you hear from poolmamma? She was so nice and helpful to me when I first got here, I think of her often and hope all is well for them.

Jessica: You didn't need your towel because your son was in his dress BLUES not whites! Same with mine! Hides the dirt better!

Alicia: Overnight liberty would only be for GradNGo's staying at GL. Those would be the ones moving over to the GL base right after PIR (takes about 4-5 hours and then you can pick them up from the other base). Not sure overnight liberty is guaranteed for all of these, but it is the only way to get overnight liberty.

That's really sad and cute, Jessica. My husbands dog laid in front of the door and whined for 2 weeks straight. Then she migrated to our bed. Now she sits in the chair with me to make sure I don't leave I guess, haha.

There isn't a way to "request" over night liberty until they are in phase 3 of A-school. But on liberty weekend, right after graduation, they just get what they get. If they're told they have over night, then they have it, if they're not, then they don't get it. They cannot request it.
