I GOT A PHONE CALL TODAY!!!!! I'm so happy I could bust wide open! My son said that they are going to be doing lasts tests tomorrow and Wed night. So they allowed his division to call home today. I got to talk to him for about 25 minutes!!! Was not nearly long enough, but it was so wonderful! Can't wait till Friday!!!!
d.griffith: Don't worry, they should pass. If anyone doesn't, they will go again the night before PIR, pass and be at PIR (tired but there). Hoping you get a call anyway!
Hi Everyone. I received a call from Division 338. Clearance stuff again. My Sr said that I should not expect the "I'm a Sailor" call. He said they would be last to go thru and I will not know untill I am already there if they all passed. He said... he thought they would. Oh my!!!! I would hate to be in Chicago at the PIR and him not be graduating. He said that originally they were going to be able to make calls on Thursday; however, were told today that they would not.... He sounds good. Very positive... but he also said that they did not have great scores as a "whole" on their last PFA and that is why no calls on Thursday. He also said that they would not get to enjoy "Recruit Heaven"....
Either way... so happy that I heard from him today and am staying positive!!! Will see some of you Thursday night!!!!
Any calls from 327 today? They said they were gonna call today...
SARGE will have dinner info for both of you! So be sure to go to his MeetandGreet on Thurs night.
my daughter wants to try beef wellington, any suggestions where to go in GL or Chicago?
My son wants a big fat juicy steak and he wants to take a very long time to eat it .. Any suggestions on a good steak house in Great Lakes close to the base and Navy Lodge??
