And thanks Jessica- I see you have been a big help to every group. People like you are blessings. You have all of this information and such positive words and no just what to say. And I am not going to stress about much- I cant say nothing because then I will be lying. All I know is that Nov 5th I will be seeing my Husband but kissing my Sailor for the very first time and its going to be amazing.

I don't know TC...I don't know...I know so little it is scary...but we will get through it all together and learn together and we will all survive..and you just stay focused on that phone call and the prize...PIR....and seeing your sailor! Everything else will work out!!

Thanks Lynne for the encouraging words. My problem was is if he does decided to wait out for the job to become available again- Do I have to wait as well or can I move with him since it will be 6 months or longer? And I am breathing its just as I started typing it all came out. And I am staying positive and happy because I know he is. When I talked to him on Sunday and hearing his voice really reassured me that everything was okay. He sounded so happy and so proud and thats what I wanted. Thanks for all of the great information.

TCarp..I feel your pain..I have found that when things are out of my control it tends to be stressful..so we just have to hope and pray that everything turns out the way it should..and sometimes when things don't go the way we want initially ... it turns out better than we could have imagined..lol... now if you can figure that one out!! Don't be sorry for venting..!! Prepare for the worse and hope for the best!

No we have 1 dog and that is it.

TC if you don't vent here...where will you vent...that is what we are here for...ok..first things first...no matter how much you worry and wonder it isn't going to change a thing. Remember the Navy will do what the navy will do in the Navy's time. They may offer him a different rate, it may be something he learns at boot camp he would really like to do and never thought of! And, if you can make it through this time with little or no contact 7 weeks of A school with cell phone, skype, and e-mail...man that will be a piece of cake girl...! Like Jessica said let's not worry about grad and go until we hear...let's choose to live in oblivion...planning for PIR and seeing our silors and for you that first kiss in too darn long! I am glad you got to take care of some of that paper work

That is the best thing to do BENavy

Ok. You are right I wont say nothing to him. I am just stressing like you said. Because he has 2 options one be a "paper-pusher" for a year til they are allowing students to attend or two pick another job. And both of those options are stressing me. Because if he stays can I move up there but what happens when he goes to A-school for 7 weeks- am I stuck in Chicago? If he has a choice of jobs what is it going to be? Is he going to be happy? Will he continue to pursue another career in special forces or what? I have a million questions and I need answers but all I can do is take a ticket for the waiting line because that is what I am doing- waiting. Now what is this about first 2 divisions are g-n-g?? Because if so he is going to be one. S-7-DIV355. Thats the first division. So lets just go ahead and add that on top of my shoulders. Well I am sorry to vent but this is all so much to consume in such little time. But on a lighter note I went and got my military ID today and signed up for my insurance.

Thought I would put in my 2 cents..lol. When my son in-law graduated BC a little over year ago..he got to spend the weekend with family and left for S.C. Mon. or Tue. Nuke School.
