Sailing Hi - Airline prices dropped all over.  I have been checking every day and am so happy to see they dropped today!  They were $120 more yesterday.  My son also has the automated vm on his phone.... so yeah, I know how that feels.

Arwen is right on the count but I think the fact that a few sons had mentioned in their letters they will call on the 5th and we know the PIR group before us rec'd calls this time last week, which puts us right where they were, time wise. We are feeling a little " anxious " to say the least. LOL

halfpint-smoke signals would be nice! LOL I am sure there are birds there that could carry the message to each one of us in thier beaks. hahahhaahha  We are truly all going crazy :)  RING PHONE RING

Sailing HI-we are suppose to leave on Sunday the 13th but I got on Southwest to check changing my flight to Monday 14th and the fares are low!   Think I am changing and may end up with a credit!

Comment by Arwen on January 5, 2011 at 2:44pm

SailingHi, the "third week" phone call comes at the end of their third week of training. Since most of the divisions in this group are still in their first or early second week of training (remember, processing doesn't count), you have about two weeks remaining before you get that call.

Calls will likely begin wtih the low division numbers around the 13th, and the highest number divisions around the 21st.

I still haven't received a letter or phone call from my son,.  Yesterday I mailed him paper, envelopes and pens.  It's killing me. He could at least send up smoke signals or water signals something to let me know how he is doing.
