fireteamleaderwife,  Thank you so much for the website.  I had to download an updated Adobe Reader and then it worked.  You are a lifesaver!  Have a great week!

Hi...this is the OLD website and only goes up to PIR 08/19...apparently it is still running along with wherever the heck the new one is.

You should still be able to access this for your group to get your gate passes (I hope, let us know)...but it stops at PIR 08/19...and I am going to assume that they will not post future gate pass access beyond yours...which is probably why it is still available until they fix the IE problem..

Also, all the other stuff pulls up...just don't know if they changed any of it.

I hope they get this fixed soon...

Okay...I have IE and the Link that I have had stored in my favorites still works on my computer.

Here is the link: (this link takes you to the Upcoming Grads page)

http://www1.netc.navy.mil/nstc/rtcgl/upcoming_grads.asp

When I google it on my phone I get the www.bootcamp.navy.mil/ thing that takes you to the page that says "No service matched the request."

rps:  We recommend that all book their return flight on Sunday, not before.  This because even if your SR thinks he/she leaves on Sat., plans can change.  This happened in a May group....some sailors who were to leave out the day after PIR (Thurs PIR since it was a holiday weekend) ended up having liberty for the weekend.  Thank goodness most of their families had booked out on Sunday.

If anyone needs to download Mozilla Firefox in order to get on RTC and print your pass, here is the link to do it:

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/new/

It is a "free" download.  I'm holding out in the hope that they are making this compatible with IE(Internet Explorer) also.  So...if anyone sees info on RTC in the meantime that we need to be made aware of, please post!

My SR won't be going to the airport..Staying at Great Lakes.....I never could get on the website using the new address....Had to install Firefox browser(had Internet Explorer)  and accept the certificate error...Then got on with no problem.
Comment by Christy on July 12, 2011 at 10:31am
My understanding that the SR can not have any of that stuff tell they get to the airport.
