Parrothdgal...thank you o much for the video i cried the whole time ....O what will I be like on 7/15..got to pull it together. I loved it. I am morexcited everyday to get up there. The more us moms talked and get educated the more I want to be there. I was proud of myself when we got a letter from our SR that I understood some of the lengo...lol...thanks to N4M.
We...husband, granddaughter and me from Oklahoma on the 14th and are staying at the Red Carpet it is suppose to be less than a mile from the base and the have a free shuttle. Anyone lese staying there at that tiem?
Lindee -
We are staying at the Navy Lodge. I booked the room to checkout on Sunday. Tehy seemed very flexible about changing the dates if needed. My hope is that if she is flying out on Sat. we can spend time with her at the airport and have a place to sleep on Sat night in case it's late.

Not sure if they have rooms left but they were very helpful answer the barrage of questions I had.
thank you diannep, when will he be able to tell us. Will we get to talk to him again?
Also, when should we stop mailing letters? HELP, please!!!!!!!!!!
91 brandon: Why would it take the shuttle so long to get him to PIR? Seems that it should only take about 2 hours, max. He shouldn't have a problem getting in at 8:30 though...
Lindee: If he is the ARCPO, I think he will be at the front of the division, but not positive on that. He will know when they start practicing for PIR.

PIR starts at 9:00 AM sharp.(Ends at 10:30) They ask those in the building to be in their seats by 8:30. I have no idea what the policy is for arriving after 8:30.
Here is the number for RTC's Public Affairs office. Give them a call and see what they say.
