Also, the Weather Widget becomes Interactive when you resize it to 500 Width and 250 Height. Just kinda more fun!

FTLW, yes, I would start the group once I get the official form letter but I'm really just learning about this site.  I'm sure I can figure it out just let me know what I need to do.  When he got to call on Sunday or some random reason, it sounded like he was in P-hold since he didn't really get there until Friday and thought his PIR was 6/15 but I was still holding out hope it would be the 8th. Let me know what I can do.

Paytonsmom(ship2div930)- oppss  just realized that she put in a note to mail them back to you - I guess my son will want his too?? Nice birthday present!!!  Happy early birthday...

I must have missed something about ribbons??  Not sure what that is all about?

My son mailed his back too.  I assumed they do not need them...I thought in the video of boot camp they issue them a card to make calls. Do not worry about missing a call yet, most calls aren't supposed to be for 3 weeks and it's only been a few days over one week.

I received the form letter today and PIR is 6/8. That will be my birthday present !!! My note said "send me my calling card" .she had sent it back to me with her clothes and I didn't see it because it was in a little pocket in her backpack ! I hope she didn't miss a call because of this since I have seen some others getting early calls .

Hi!  I just joined this group. My son arrived in GL 4/11 and we just got our form letter today with a PIR of 6/8. His first call when he arrived said he would not be calling for about 3 weeks.  I don't expect any calls before that. Also, I watched the Boot Camp 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 videos - I thought they said in there that they do not need the calling cards after that first call home. I think they issue them a card to use for the future calls.  Not positive about this...
