I'm super excited!!! I just checked my informed postal delivery email and we have a letter arriving from our son.  I'm thinking it has to be the FORM Ltr.  I can't wait to get home and great my post lady!! 

Battlestation here my SR comes! 5 days before graduation and I am positive my son has passed the final Fitness. Starting tomorrow, I will be on pins and needles waiting for my call. He is in a lower number so I won't have to wait long, hopefully. I feel bad for those whose SR are in a higher number. My graduation ribbons arrive on Monday. So, the box arrived Monday.  We were excited and sad at same time.  I don't know about anyone else, but I just think its weird to have the items come in that box.  I cried when I smelled his shirt.  Gosh I miss that boy!  I have letters written already, but now we're just waiting for the address.

Hello all, I just wanted to put this out there for any parents who may have children leaving for BC. Our SR left May 8th 2018.  Before he left we had a conversation about all of his bills. Just was wondering where I can get the link the morning of graduation. I will be there of course but my dad in No Carolina would like to watch it . 

So it's just a couple of days before our son leaves for BC and I am very anxious.  I know that he will be able to write letters at some point, but do they get to call at all?  If so, do we need to have some kind of calling cards or something for him?  We only have cell phones and not a house phone.  Any advice?

My recruit shipped 5/10 to BC but his letter to grandparents (glad he wrote them first) said he was delayed and holding until 5/23 when the ship was full.  He is in ship 12.  His form letter has two grad dates....7/6 and 7/13.  I assume that I go with the 7/13 date?  How do we know for sure?  No correspondence from him at all.
