Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 007 and 008

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

It is going to be oh so needed by then!!

My husband is also in div 007. You should join our fb PIR group 11/15/13. Ginny is responsible for collecting dates. We aren't suppose 2 share this info especially on a forum
Sade... how do I find your group? On FB?
Type in PIR 11-15-13 Navy Boot Camp in the search box. On Facebook. Then request 2 join the group, that part is fast. There are 6 experience administrators that can answer any question

So did anyone from 007 or 008 get the quickie call last night?

I haven't had a call in weeks! =(

No call here Ang.....I leave for NJ tomorrow and I am so excited to get out of here and concentrate on something else besides missing James!

Oh my gosh I hear ya, looking forward to helping my sister in-law with a party this weekend.  My anxiety is through the roof!!

My daughter and I are going to Disney the day after we get back from IL.  We are packing this weekend and getting the car ready.  I don't think I will get a phone call until the "I'm a sailor" call.  I've sent him the names repeatedly in letters.  :(

I wish I could talk to him to hear what's happening.  I don't know if they changed his dates for where he's going.  I guess I will just have to wait until I see him.

I just received a call from my SR! He passed both test and now ready for Battle Station. He confirmed with me that they are allowed 4 guests. He sounds good. I can't wait for graduation day.
My Sweet so did call to confirm the exact names on ids ... I feel sooooo EXCITED TO SEE MY SWEET SAILOR the 15th cannot come fast enough this has been a horribly emotional roller coaster. I never knew I could miss someone like I do my son ...
Does anyone know when div 007 does their final PFA (day). My husband letter dated 11/4/13 wasn't good. He tore a muscle in his leg and he's worried he won't be able to do his run. I haven't gotten a call and I am freaking out. I know how bad he wants this ; (
