PIR was wonderful. Was great getting to spend a few hours with my New Sailor. Thank you everyone for the words of encouragement and wisdom. With out Yall I could not have made it through these last 8 weeks a sane woman.
PIR was incredible. Found out that Erin didn't get her I'm a Sailor call because she got called away for security clearance interview. We had an amazing day.
Dianaep: i have them at 6-4 today. 6-5 tomorrow...but 223/224 have confirmed for next next tuesday.
So, how was it, ladies????? Please share your experiences! And...did we N4Moms veterans get our info right? If anything has changed, please let us know.
For those going to the airports tomorrow to wait with sailors, get a short nap after dropping off your sailors tonight and head out ito the airport n the wee hours of the morning to spend more time with them. They will be bussed out there to wait for flights very early in the morning (usually 1 or 2 a.m).
Most importantly....enjoy!
MomofDREW: Could be that they didn't go through last night? Someone reported that date to me, but maybe they won't go until next week?
Can any of you 7/13 PIR's shed any light on why we 7/20 div 221/222 havent gotten a single call today? They were did BS last night. Just asking since you are right there. How is it? Pretty cool?
Sharon: I sure hope you "spot" your daughter during PIR. But it sounds like all is ok from what the PAO told you! Celebrate!
I hope some of you are on your way to RTC right now! Good to get there early!
Enjoy this very special day!
FTLW: What in the world are you doing up so EARLY out there in CA???? :-)
NancyS: God bless Sarge for having you all say the Pledge of Allegiance last night. How wonderful is THAT?? YAH!
HAPPY PIR DAY!
Enjoy Liberty and Congrats again!
I am looking forward to hearing all the stories from PIR!!!! Have a great weekend everyone!!
geez -- these stressful weeks!
