I'm not sure if they're transferrable either.  We just had that situation happen with a trip my mother was taking and then didn't.  She was not able to transfer the tickets to another name. ??

Rosewomn,

I am leaving from Boise on those dates and would like to talk to you.  Not sure how we do it on this forum. I don't think I can post my email on here because it gives my last name...so.....any ideas?

Comment by diannep on July 9, 2012 at 3:15pm

So very sorry, rosewomn.  Blessings to your son as he moves on to what the Lord has planned in his life...

Are you sure that your plane tickets are transferable to another person?  I had always heard that they are tied to the driver's license info?  Have you checked with your airlines to see what their policy is?  I sure hope that they are transferable....just hadn't heard of that before.   Hope it works out for you....

PLEASE READ IF YOU WILL BE LEAVING FROM BOISE, ID TO ATTEND PIR.

I purchased my tickets to attend PIR on the 17th and my son is now in Ship 5 waiting for seperation. I have two tickets that I must sell as I was borrowing the money from my parents to attend and was going to make monthly payments on them. I had them set to leave on the 16th and come back on the 18th, but you can always change either date.
Please if you are interested contact me so we can discuss this more. I really appreciate it.

Good morning all! Hope you all had a nice weekend as I did. Well, here comes week 3 and it still feels like my SR just left. My lawn is getting pretty long. Lol!

Okay, that makes me feel a little better! Just waiting on a letter and call, hopefully sooner than later. I take my phone with me EVERYWHERE! Haha.
