Haha, crap, I just noticed I posted the area code for Fort Lauderdale ( 954) instead of Matts division (943) in my last post, you can see how I made this mistKe, right?

Iris, that is so great about you weight loss! Just wait until you get on the rink! Oh and I would def. Invest in the butt pad! Ow! The thought of falling on your tailbone...

AJ, I can't stand that he cranked so long... Not good. No wonder the poor guy failed his classes, he didn't have time to take than. Hmmmm, sorry, it just got my blood hot!

Shelly, love your pun on words. Hehe. You know it's got me looking at mayflowers a bit differently right now. I will post pics on my beautiful orchid and shell Ginger... Hehe.

Aw,MrsB, so nice, roses! I love getting flowers from my hubby! So happy you all are getting settled in there. Your new lives have just begun as a family.

Ok, got a letter from Marc today! My romance with the mailman is back on! He is doing well and is looking forward to seeing us soon. Two more weeks from today! Remember those last two weeks of BC. I don't think we could contain ourselves! Oh, and the worry about Matts run!

Oh and Iris, one more thing. I think you're family is the cutest family ever!!!! Haley and Cody are the sweetest looking kids (adults, rather).  I hope my family looks as happy as yours and has as much fun as yours when we're at the same stage in life as you guys are!  Blessings~

Iris. I have this motherly feeling deep inside that he is going to join the armed forces of some sort. I think it's going to be Marine, but we'll see. LOL. Do Mom's really have intuition into things like that, or is it just my imagination...? (because I'm surrounded by military..LOL)

Hubby got me some beautiful roses yesterday to cheer me up. :)  (since I haven't been feeling well).  Anyways, I just went grocery shopping and I'm going to make dinner. Creamy Chicken Enchiladas!!!! YUM!

Hope you all have a great day!

Oh dear .... just learned that the cranking schedule is 0600 to 2100, seven days a week ..... how on earth could anyone take a single college class given that ..... makes me tired thinking about it ..... brutal.

Morning Ladies -

Nicole - That sounds fun. We are a very creative group so I'm sure the stories will be quite entertaining. =)

Hurley - I like the idea of duel sites just so there is a place more private for some information. FB sends out a notice when something is posted, so it should work pretty well. Oh and way to throw Mary under the bus. =) Lol....

AJ - The FB account is a great idea. Let's do both and that way everyone's needs are met. I can't see that it will be too much more of an effort. Thanks for setting it up and getting me on there. I guess I'm going to have to rent the Ya Ya Sisterhood movie cause I haven't seen it. So all the references are going WAY over my head. Lol.... Oh and I haven't seen Whip it either, so I guess I have some movies to watch. I save it for when it rains again. Today is glorious. Sunshine and 70 degrees. Could be warmer, but I'll take it.

Dyl's Mom - Love the name "Penis-fly-trap". I can see a story with that one going way down hill though. =) Oh and I think you meant "teenie weenie" humor, not little. OK.... moving on.

Mrs. B - so great to hear from you and that you are all doing well. Sorry you are not feeling well. Keep us posted to what they find out. Awwww... TJ is already cutting teeth. Man time really flies with the little ones. Enjoy it, enjoy it, enjoy it, cause before you know it they are joining the Navy and leaving you behind. =)

So I stepped on the scale today and I passed the 160 barrier. 159.4 lbs. Woo Hoo... I'm really amazed at how fast this is coming off. I keep expecting it to slow down. If it doesn't as I approach my goal weight I will up my daily caloric intake so my body gets the hint. Anyhow, took Cody to the doctors yesterday for his knee. He has a slight tear in his, I think he said Lateral Collateral Ligament, so now Cody has to rest it, take strong anti-inflammatory twice daily, and ice it twice daily, for the next 3 weeks. This means he is off work too and he's really pissed about it. No money = no fun. Although he get it that if he farts around with this he could really injure it and be looking at surgery and a much longer recovery time. So he promised to be good. Tough thing for such an active kid. He's gonna be such a cranky puss by the time this is over.

Well, I guess I should go don the sweat pants and hit the gym. Oh, I did get all my equipment and well, this skating thing is gonna be a real challenge with the numb feet. I might spend some more time on the balance ball today to see if it helps. After seeing my skills on wheels, my husband is now wondering if this was such a good idea. Lol.... I think I might regret passing on the butt pad. =)

Hugs, RSL and all that Jazz.... Love ya all. Have a great day.

In reguards to switching to facebook, I would keep it seperate myself, i'm content with N4M's & I'm starting to really hate facebook. >:L makes me angry!

As far as the idea as Iris' family did, what if we all took one photo a week of something goofy? In nature, or a funny family photo or something like that, and share the story with it?

I agree but I don't think I would have talked about Marc and what we are doing before his graduation on here cause it was TMI for the world to see. I kinda like it (the FB thing) but I also don't want anyone here excluded. Maybe for more intimate stuff we can say it on the FB site. And for just what's being said like it's been just say it here. I check with FB all the time so I stay connected... Maybe too much! Too much time on my hands!

Oh, so funny Shelly and Mary, I remember all that said...haha. I think they liked to read our 954 page...god some of the stuff we said... Oh god, and the song we made up. I think that was also mentioned cause Matt told me he already knew it! Well our guys survived!

I think I acted too swiftly and not very thoughtfully to set up the private FB page ..... I got excited and it was so easy and quick ..... and I don't want to lose what we have here.  I should have stopped myself, because I don't want to sacrifice one site/group for the other.  We have to stick together now that we have the Ya-Ya Sisterhood thing going on.  :)

yeah, i remember when talked about raiding bc....that was funny!  i will say that the rdc's do read the bc mom's stuff because dyl's had to admit it was him that had the grandma that was gonna come and kick their butts.  i thought it was funny.....dyl's?  not so much!   anyhow, from then on, dyl's would never give me names of people he was in a school with, etc.  well, unless it was a last name.  whatever.....i didn't know it was gonna work against him!

donna...thanks for posting the pic!  it's great!  you must be such a proud mama!

oh yeah....forgot to tell you aj that i'm so glad river city is over...i couldn't remember if i said so or not.  ugh....this age thing!  geeeeez!

how exciting mrs b that tj is cutting teeth!  i bet he is soooo cute!   when my boys were cutting their teeth they slobbered alot so those kisses i would get from them were like kissing a st bernard!  but they're so adorable you can't resist!

iris.... good idea!  i think the trash-dressing was outrageus!  you have such a fun family!   i'm game for just about anything......but i'm pretty sure i can't out-do the penus-fly-trap pic....hee hee!   (just a little humor there).......

ok...gotta run and watch my american idol show.....i'm such a slave!   how pathetic!   i'll be glad when these shows are done so i can get some things done!
