WELCOME TO PIR 10/12/2012

OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

Hey - FTLW had a comment a couple days ago with a bunch of links.  That was one of them.  It's awesome - funny but also gets your SR to give you info!

I think this is a link that will get you to it.

Welcome all the new folks to the group!!!!! Any of you have SR's in Ship 3/Div 337?

No letter today.....maybe tomorrow =o)

I made our reservations at The Navy Lodge this morning. Anyone else staying there? Anyone going to Sarge's M & G?

I'm missing my son today. For the past 3 years, we researched, watched YouTube videos, talked and joke about RTC. I know he is probably loving (yeah he's a sick one lol) every second of this!!! I'm just having hard time waiting to hear about it LOL
Have a great day everyone!!!
GO NAVY!!

ProudMona:) I think our son's must be friends, when I got a call from mine last weekend, he also mentioned something about having fun like Summer Camp! Ha! Crazy kids! I finally got a letter on Wednesday and my son said he's having a blast, even enjoying the marching. It makes it so much easier knowing they are doing ok, and at least having fun with some of it.

Ship 09 Div 327- First time commenting and a little nervous! Received a letter from my daughter yesterday. It was so exciting! She started with a frown face and a tear coming down, but she says it is actually going pretty well. She says a petty officer has made my daughter one of her projects. Not sure if that is good or bad?!!
