Parrothdgal-BWAA, HA, HA=PIR hangover! That is EXACTLY the right term.

We saw our Sailor off at Midway too at 1 AM (left the AP at 5 AM), drove back to the hotel, slept a little, packed, drove to O'Hare-IN the lighting and thunder;was so scary at the AP!), got delayed by an hour, flew back home to the west coast, then the flyaway bus, POV, then HOME.

My middle boy said, as we sat droopily at the flyaway bus area," We have been to THREE Airports today. I am SICK of Airports! hee, hee!

Hangover...inded!

91brandonmom:  Maybe the shuttle makes other stops along the way before getting to RTC?  He could always catch a cab...a bit pricey but for sure would get him there on time.  And he may even be able to catch up with you at your hotel so you all can go to PIR together?

I have been sick and lost a lot of time on here...lol But as far as grad and go seems to me that most sailors left out Saturday early unless they stay @ Great Lakes. My Sailor had to be @ Midway @ 0100! So we went and stayed there w/ her for a few hours. Once at the air port they can have phones and a lap top. I also took her a change of civies and snacks for the plane. It was a good time spent with her. I highly recommend it! However...count on no sleep all weekend! I have never been so tired! I had a PIR hangover for 3 days but welcomed it!
