Every time I see any video of a Navy PIR I cry. I will never forget that day. Ladies you have so much to look forward to.  I have never felt such pride and joy as when those doors opened and our Sailors marched in. (the only exception was the birth of my son)

Make sure you bring a big and I mean big box of Kleenex.

I wish there was a way (or I knew how) to post portions of the PIR video that we have from our Sailors PIR last year. It is so awesome :-) It won't be long now until all of you get to go and see it in person :-)

;-) keger...I haven't seen the one you're talking about...or I don't remember it! LadyLancelot (Thank You Lady!) posted the one for the Battlestations YouTube video that has the capping ceremony. I just remember it because some of the Sailors had tears streaming down there faces.

I love that song too, I first heard it almost 20 years ago and you just can't forget it. diannep-it has SUCH a special meaning for you. God Bless you for carrying on for you and your husband.
