We got a call Monday morning from Chris's (ship 3 div 232) wife. He told her he won't be going to BS because he's been sick and couldn't pass his PFA. So he is moved to Ship 6 div 2347(?) and will work to pass his last test and go through BS.
Good luck to all your new sailors --- the phones will be ringing soon!! Enjoy the PIR.

Congrats to all those who are proud parents/friends/spouses of Sailors! And for those still waiting for BS-21 to finish, I'm sure they will do absolutely fine!
Please travel safely to PIR this week and enjoy your loved one, you are going to be so surprised at their transformation - and so proud to have a Navy Sailor in your family! Blessings to all.

My son is also ship 3 div 234. I think their Battle Stations is tonight. I looked up an article online about BS21. It says the recruits are marched to the BS21 complex around 8 pm, they go throughout the night and allowed to call tomorrow. I hope this helps. I'm nervous too. The site I got that info is http://www.navytimes.com/news/2007/09/nany_bootcamp_070909w/
