Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

"I'm a Sailor' calls should start coming in around 2 pm GL time today. HOOYAH! Hoping we were right in the 3 divisions we think went through last night.
Phones handy all day! Remember, if the lines are long for the phones, your new sailors may just jump on the computers and FB. So if you can get on your sailor's FB page, be checking that too. Many ladies on here have found that they had a sailor from the FB page before that call came in!
Calls can go for a while, so remember: Patience is a virtue! HA!
Also, please ask/post if all in that division passed for others to see. Don't forget to include your division number with this info....YIKES! In all of the excitement, I have seen ladies post that all passed, but didn't have their division number in the post or their screen name. There were some frustrated N4Moms wanting to know WHICH division passed? HA!

We're almost done!! Getting more excited.. I was worried about the cold..but I think the warmth and love from everyone here and seeing my baby will keep me warm!! Have a great day everyone!!

In case it happens to anyone else, I asked RTC they said if its expired you need another form of if as well like a soc card or birth certificate. So luckily they have those!!
