NavyWife&Mom1 - do you mean to others outside of Navy for Moms?  If so, I really don't know but I'm assuming he does advertise because he has that flyer that I attached above, so I guess he uses that.  I can find out though if you want.
Comment by NavyWife&Mom1 (Ship 7 Div 371) on October 24, 2011 at 4:36pm

Dana I would totally do that with you. Going to the second meet and greet would probaly just be me. If the whole family decides to go then I wont need a ride. I would like to stay at first one till 7:30-8ish then go to the next one till 10. I have a van so if others wanted to car pool I could drive too.

Invisible, how is he getting this out there to other people? Is it advertised?

Comment by shadowcrzn(ship 2 Div 952) on October 24, 2011 at 4:23pm
We are concidering trying to make both as well.  We will have a rental car so a few people are welcome to ride to Sarge's meet n greet with us, say between 7:30 & 8pm. The transportation is not free from the Ramada with Sarge.
Comment by Invisible12 on October 24, 2011 at 12:12pm
He wouldn't mind at all if you come late.  He'll be happy you came.  Transportation is free from the local hotels.  I can't remember off the top of my head which hotels are offered for free.  It's on the info sheet that I posted above.  Transportation from the hotels that aren't for free is offered at a super cheap rate.

Oh I agree! I wish we had the info sooner! I think maybe I'll go to both, do you think he will upset if we dont show until 8ish since his is until 10? That way I can go to both. I'll get my parents and son home and then I'll go to this one. Did you say he is doing free transportation to and from? Maybe we can plan it so we all can go to both, maybe stay till 7:45ish then have him have rides ready for us then we all go over to his till 10. anyone else up for that??

FTLW - I just sent you a message.

NavyWife&Mom1 - I'm always stressed about something.  LOL.  I know it's like last minute but since his is from 5-10 and the Ramada is 6-8 so I'm torn.  I'm sure at this point there will be more people at the Ramada because most people know about that one but that's why he asked that I really put his info out here so he can get a better turnout.  I'm sure that from here going forward his will be a huge hit but that doesn't help us any.  LOL.  But he will have coupons for restaurants and stuff like that.  I think if anything I'll go to the Ramada to meet everyone and then head over to Sarge's.  What

Invisible please dont get stressed. Does Sarge have a lot of people going to his Meet and Greet? Its kind of last minute to plan one now or us just find out about it. Id like to go to his too but I dont think I'll have the time. It will be really hard to split my time bewteen two places.

NavyWife&Mom, I would stick with the camera with which you are most familiar.  You wouldn't want to be fumbling around trying to figure out how to use a different camera and possibly miss that great shot.  If your digital camera has a nice zoom and picture quality, I'm sure it will be fine.  I used a digital Sony and our pictures turned out great. You will, most likely, be sitting directly in front of your SR's division and they do pass in front of the bleachers.   Don't forget to tell your SR to order the PIR dvd too.  It is well worth the price.

Good morning everyone!  I have to tell you that I'm stressing about the Meet & Greet.  I can't wait to meet all of you and I really want to make sure you all get the name tags I promised you.  Since I probably will go to both the Ramada and Sarge's (Sarge's is from 5-10 and the Ramada is 6-8) I'm thinking I should just mail your tags to your homes so I don't have to freak out making sure everyone has theirs.  I have absolutely no problem doing that at all unless you guys have another idea on how I can get them to everyone at both places without leaving anyone out.

Yikes!  I can't stress about this too.  HELP.....LOL
