Hi everyone!!!  I'm so sorry I've been absent but I had some real problems here at home which needed my attention.  I hope everybody had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  We have so much to be thankful for.  I hope all of you and your sailors are doing great!  Will your sailors be coming home for the holidays? My son is doing great and is very happy.  What more could we ask for?

Jimbo, you are my favorite person in the world right now.  You did a great job, and my son is right in the center of the screen during the drumline.  Couldn't be better!  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Focus is on 367 but some other stuff is included. I love (sarcasm) how my son shut off the camera in the end....grrr

Im sorry It will not ever happen again!....I deleted all post,,,hope your Military Family Members are all doing well, I pray that is generic enough. One of mine, not sure which one? Is doing GREAT this person is somewhere in the world, doing a job that is more then what this person thought it would be, So yeah...just saying I hope that is safe enough to say? LOL

This was shared with me and I thought I would share it here just as a reminder on how to keep our sailors safe. There are times that their Chief's will come onto this site and see what is going on as well and sometimes "razz" the sailors about what is being said. They may have PIR'd but their safety is still of the utmost importance. Warm hugs to all!

Actually, I am editing myself...specifics on dates, units, camps, ship movement is not to be done privately either.

When my husband was coming home from Iraq he could not tell me the exact date. We had a scheduled one and he gave me code words pertaining to that. I could only tell people, "sometime in July".

You may give generalities...Please review the Community Guidelines and OPSEC rules. I really am not trying to be  the "OPSEC police"...they are very important or they would not be in place. My concern is for the safety of you and your Sailors.

We place a lot of focus on Boot and being linked with your recruit...it is supposed to be a foundation to the building blocks of their future careers. I know they are in "A" school but again building blocks. I am sure that those of you with Sailors that have security clearances are finding out that your Saiolrs can't even discuss some of their training with you.

Thank you all,

FTLW

Wow, Jimbo.  I followed a link from one of those pictures to your photography site.  Very impressive!

I'll get around to the video soon. I have been swamped and have not had a lot of time to process it yet.

Comment by Jimbo on November 18, 2011 at 2:42am

Ha! The "ladies" got yelled at.

Here are some PIR pictures my son took. Mostly focus on 367 but there are a few others in there as well.
