Does anyone have the email address for the La La for the ribbons? I had it but I lost it.

I sent her a friend request yesterday and today I got a long email about how to order the ribbons.

Does anyone know how to reach La La about the PIR ribbons?  I know she's having trouble getting her mail from this site and I emailed her but I'm not positive I had the right email address.  I really want to order ribbons and I hope it's not too late.

Final PFA is right before BattleStations (their final test and then they are sailors).  If they don't pass this, they go into FIT Division until they do pass it....hopefully in time to do BattleStations with another division in their PIR group and be at PIR. Otherwise, they stay in FIT until they pass and then do BattleStations...no PIR then...head straight to A School.

Here's the link for the PFA requirements by age/gender:

Whew...I feel a  little better now.  He said it was his baseline PFA.  Was 1:30 short in the run and only a handful away from the push-ups and sit-ups.  I don't remember the exact number.  He said by the time he takes it again he should be much stronger.  He'd better be!!!  I think I asked this before but I don't think I got an answer.  Did anyone get life insurance papers from their recruit?  I got what looks to be "a policy" with the amount and me as beneficiary.  Is this my son being a super mature kid or am I missing something???????  LOL

PFAs while onboard RTC which consist of a mile and a
half timed run, sit-ups and push-ups. After the first PFA,
your recruit might write that it was difficult, but just keep
encouraging them to push forward. They can do this! The
final PFA will be during their sixth week of training.

Sandy:  I believe that my son said that they do the PFA twice a year once stationed.  I know he has done that since being stationed in May 2010.  He has taken it twice and will take it again this month.

The 3rd PFA  (Physical Fitness Assessment) in bootcamp is the important one.  They MUST pass that one to do BattleStations--no matter what they did on the other two. Swimming part only has to be passed one time though.

I don't know what day it is, but the first days are called P-days for processing days.
