So today I got 3 letters from Tim, these are dated 12/29 - 1/1
He is in MUCH better spirits as he has started to get my letters....♥ He appoligized for being so mopey, but he felt like he was 'trapped in a bubble' and not getting any information. On the 29th he wrote they had their "pinning and commissioning" ceremony on the 28th, and he has an E-6 crow on his left collar. Said he is eating very healthy, alot of fruit and salads, and…

So basically I hate statistics.
Because they say that me and my husband have about a 1% chance of not getting divorced.
I swear I am going to prove them wrong. But this uphill battle is tiring and frustrating, and quite frankly I am flat out exhausted. With my husband gone for 12 hours of the day monday-friday and me working 45 hours a week, a new puppy who needs so much attention, I feel like she is a human child, and us drowning in bills, sometimes walking away seems like a…

When my son was at bootcamp I had no problem getting him mail. Now that he has move to A/C school I have neither recieved a letter nor an address. Is this normal. I know his school is on the same campus as bootcamp, but have been told that he iss no longer at the same address.

My husband left December 13th and the first few weeks were by far the hardest. Still now I get down, but I don't let him know that. When I write him letters I keep upbeat and positive because I don't want him to feel bad for leaving me. I make sure he knows in every letter that he's the strongest, bravest man I know and that I am SO proud to call him MY husband! I use to cry everyday,…

Who ever I got the questionnaires from THANK YOU! She used one this time... She is impressed with the Navy lingo I have learned, says she doesn't even know what I am talking about. And I have the wonderful pleasure of still teaching her things... HA! Mom's rule ;) There were terms I have used that she doesn't know about, and I got them all…

I am not sure what to expect next..............I think this will be a great career move for him, he is currently in college for law enforcement (1st year), and he just wants to do more.
He is my only child, and I will definately have that empty nest thing going on, and am worried about how they get up their face and scream at them, I just think that is health discipline, but I know that will happen.
