You are very welcome Trix :-)
Got my PIR ribbon from Lala today too! Thank you!
I asked my Sailor about it as well. She said it's not a new rule. They just can wear a plain white tee or a plain navy tee. Those are the two they wear as undergarment under their uniforms. She's almost always in coveralls at work so not a big deal for her. And when shes not in uniform she never wears plain tees anyway lol.
You are very welcome A-MJ's mom, I am so glad you like them :-)
KLS- check with Diannep, she may have a date for you.
Anyone know when Battle Stations is?!
Just got my PIR ribbons from Lala - they are AWESOME! Thanks Lala!
I am not sure if it is a new rule diannep and I don't think it is every color. My son mentioned some colors, but told me just send them printed with something so there is no doubt (for me) as to which colors have to be printed.
I can't believe how quickly time has passed. Today my daughter turns 20 at bootcamp. One week from today, I will be on a train to Chicago.
ellen: Interesting on the "printed" tshirts being required. My son never mentioned this and he is huge on wearing solid colored tshirts. I wonder if this is a new rule?
LaLa I joked with him about a shirt I really wanted to buy him, it was green camo print with Army printed on the front. He found it funny and his buddies there said go for it. He thought the officers would probably find it funny too but not let him get away with it. LOL
good to know ellen, I had not heard that before ;-)
