Welcome to PIR 09/14/2012! A place for friends and family to stay connected!

OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

Always, just saw that you posted our "couples" shot too! You're such a precious friend! I will always be thankful that God led me to this site, to amazing new friends, and especially to you!

Dream sheet - Austrailia. Have been fascinated with the country ever since I read The Thorn Birds. Everything is so unique - animals, landscape, seasons reversed - all seems very exotic yet since they speak English it is not totally foreign. Plus you gotta luv their accents. G'day mate!

Oh. I don't know if any of you have seen the movie Mamma Mia, but that is a place I wouldn't mind adding to my dream sheet. I think it may be Greece? But it looks so beautiful there....I just love the setting.

MLDD, that makes me feel better that your daughter's address is similar. I asked him to check, but I don't want to wait too long to send it out as he has said they will be able to wear some civilian clothes soon. And he wants his sunglasses. He said they are too expensive down there....at least he is watching where his $ is going.

My top living location might have to be the Entire Disney Resort. Everything just feels so magical when you are there.

My Dream Sheet.... Italy, in a small coastly village on the water, next to a vineyard. Never been, but completely in love with the scenery and have wonderful wine within my reach! Of course that means I'd have to have a chateau in Switzerland so I could get chocolate!

My dream would probably be a ranch in Franklin, Tennessee. I love the country life & would love to live near all the country music stars. For now I'm in Oklahoma City. By the way.... If any of you are ever in OKC just let me know & I would love to meet you or my house is always open if you are passing through & need a place for the night!!!!

Dylansmom, try bribing him! Something like, "I have _____ packed and ready to ship to you, but shoot! I don't have your address!" Or " I made a dozen homemade cookies to send to you. Every day I don't get your address I will eat 2 of them!" Lol, guess the second one is blackmail, but whatever works!

Hey ladies, been a crazy day around here so haven't been on. Seems like our sailors are starting to settle in. Here's the (late) question of the day. What is your top living location if you were to fill out a "dream sheet" and why? (For you, not for your sailor)
