BDaniel-No, it's been the longest week and half of our lives! The longest he's been away was BScout camp each summer! And, believe me, he is a strong prescence in our home!

crazy 925 my husband is in ship 09 div 143 but he is not in nuke. Have you heard frrom him yet ?

Comment by diannep on March 27, 2012 at 9:55am

Ok, so PNSCTN is Div 148....which either means that 147-148 are also in this PIR group (meaning 10 divisions)....OR....you are in the next PIR group.  Hope to know that today once divisions are posted by RTC! The next group has not been formed yet, so stay here until it is...if you find you will be in that one!  Welcome!

Comment by diannep on March 27, 2012 at 9:53am

crazy:  Divisions usually have different jobs within them, but I'm sure there are other NUKES in there too.

Comment by PNSCTNMom on March 27, 2012 at 9:44am

Div 148 PIR is 5/11

Comment by crazyd925 on March 27, 2012 at 9:39am

Does anyone know if the divisions are set up by specialty? My son is a Nuke in Ship 09 Div 143 and I am curious if others in his division are heading to Nuke school next.

Comment by diannep on March 27, 2012 at 8:23am

Looks like there will be at least 8 divisions in this group judging by the numbers on the board here.  141-146, 926, 812.  We should know today if there are any more divisions than that.

Comment by diannep on March 27, 2012 at 8:16am

Hoping that RTC has your division numbers posted today!

Yep, I agree with Lala.  Sounds like the recruit mail petty officer isn't trained yet.  So...next Sunday, they will get their first batch of mail (which is being held in the base PO), and then will receive it daily after that.
