How did you get shirts! I know my SR bought me one.
BCmom - I received Div 142s t-shirt and we don't have any names. I guess it must be how they design their flag. It is very cool. They were always called clowns by their commanders and if you look real hard at the picture, you can see that it does look like a clown. I will try to post a picture tomorrow.
@BCmom LMBO!!!
@Lala That's a nice looking bunch you have there! I know it makes you happy they included you in their day, even if you had to pay the bill...LO!. You do what you gotta do! These are the moments we will have for the rest of our lives, and what life is all about!
BCmom, mine too. My stepdaughter and my son are both Seniors, she is going away to college and he is joining the Navy, I have another step-daughter but she lives with her mom. So will basically go from 4 living here to just the two of us. I know it will be sad but we are also looking forward to it. I can finally get a craft/office room to make all my "stuff" and not have to "create" at my kitchen table lol. I have lots of plans for that room lol.
Today I was a slacker, well as least on this site and the computer. I had a huge, very successful yard sale and then did hair and make-up for 3 girls going to prom and ironed shirt,pants etc for my son. The Navy will be teaching him how to that pretty soon, lol. They we took them all to a lake and took pictures and then to dinner at Outback (yum). They could have done dinner alone like most teens but wanted us there for some reason....maybe to pay the bill lol.I am pooped and heading to bed early. Goodnight everyone :-) The two girls in blue are my step daughters, the girl in white is their best friend (going into Air Force) and the boy is my youngest son, soon to be Sailor :-)
Yea I feel ya! I have mine on ear to ear too! I hadn't even realized the parking passes were about to be ready until you said something. I almost hyperventilated when I saw that! (:O) Now I will be like, "where's my parking pass, where's my parking pass?"
@BCmom YAY! Parking Passes for us! I never thought I'd ever make it this far, but I am ALIVE and kicking! Looking back on it all now, it seems to have passed so quickly, although in the beginning, it seemed like time stood still! Now I'm going cRaZy trying to get the last minute details done! I have a list that seems to keep growing, but I am making progress...LOL! Hang in there NEW BC moms! Things seem all doom and gloom at first(it sure was for me), then all of a sudden...it's PIR TIME!!!!! I will be sniffing out that Parking Pass, I tell ya!
