Hang in their jamielyn, your call will come. It's so hard to not have communication when we want it, and I'm sure it is just as hard for them. Keep writing letters, and stay strong - we will be meeting and greeting four weeks from tonight, and then we get to see our SR's four weeks from tomorrow!!! HUGS!

Great picture - what is the Facebook address that came from? Love the uniform - hope they get one of 10/338 on there soon.

The bear story is hilarious! Loved it - thanks for the smile. Glad our recruits are getting to call home. I know we all need those calls, and I am sure they do too. We are over halfway there! Just a few more weeks and we are heading to Great Lakes - ROADTRIP! This is going to be the best roadtrip of my life.

Hi everyone, yest our SR called to day, but we missed it!! But he did leave a voice mail, sounded really good, made me sad that I was not able to actually talk to him tho. Yes Heleng, he also said that everyone was sick and hoping not to get kicked out because of missing too much time. Really hope everyone gets well. Glad to hear everyone is getting calls!

So cameowlot, you turned to chasing bears instead of mailmen?

Congrats to all that are getting calls and letters today. Even though I haven't seen anything since last week, I feel like I am keeping up to date on what's is happening to them thru all of you. That is awesome. For those that haven't heard anything (or not very much like me), I hope you hear something soon. I know I will get another letter or two eventually. Not sure what we will do if they actually do get another day off.

Got a letter and a call today!!! Well, I didn't get the call, he called our home phone so hubby got to talk to him. He said he sounds good, but of course, didn't ask any of my questions. Oh well, at least I know the phone card is working and he knows how to use it :) Hubby told him I was going to be mad and that he had better call my cell phone next time! The letter was short, but he was still recovering from his wisdom teeth removal, so he was on light duty and anxious to get back to normal. He also said he had received my letters through 9/2, so they still aren't getting mail every day.

Got a letter today, not a lot of info, brat boy lol, but I can tell his humor is still intact, so thats good. Hoping for a more informative letter next week, :) Have no clue if he is grad and go, so still waiting on that.
