I feel like I also need to add that if comments on the facebook site were at the root of what happened, that should be left up to the Recruit Training Command and their staff as that is their site.

Here on Navy for Moms, and our group page, I have not been alerted by admin or anyone else claiming that there have been any problems. Early on, I did have a couple of experienced Moms and site Admin contact me regarding the info we post and safety concerns. Info like full names, addresses etc. I have either messaged and asked permission to remove such posts, or asked that the person that posted remove them.

Other than that...I have not been made aware of any problems.

Wondering if anyone has the info regarding Navywife and who the conflict might have been with. I am not sure what or when this happened, just saw the post below and tried to reread the last few days posts to try to catch up on it.

As the person that started this group, I am concerned about what might have happened to cause someone to leave the group. If you have any info you feel like you could share with me, please message me. I will keep the information confidential, but would like to try to reach out to Navywife and knowing the info may help me understand how to best do that.

We have all been here to help one another, and I believe most have found it to be an encouraging and positive place to run to when our hearts are heavy. Personally, this group has helped me in more ways that I can count. The last thing any of us need, is more stress or hurt.

Praying for each and everyone of you!

URGH! Can't get the link to work for the RTC's Facebook page for the pics from the 9/24 graduation. Regardless... they are up. Good pics of the state flags - our division 947.

LaLa: Did you get my message regarding a change of address for shipping my ribbons?
Comment by Lala Ribbon Queen PIR Ribbons on September 27, 2010 at 12:38pm
I hope Navywife finds her way back to this site. I hate knowing that someone was hurt by someone on this site. Going through this experience is hard enough without feeling like someone is being mean to you. Your emotions are so out of whack and it is easy to get hurt when you are going through something so emotional. If there is anything at all that I can do please let me know.

I have been finishing ribbons for this group all weekend and most of them were shipped today. Please let me know when your ribbons arrive. I know you will all wear them proudly. Have a great time with your Sailor's at PIR. :)

Khoov,
Prayers for your husband, please let us know if we can do anything to help, you will both be in my prayers.
A couple of days ago I sent Navy wife a friend request on FB and never heard back from her she will also be in my prayers, I don't even know what she looks like in case I would run into her at PIR.

Harmonyworks - if you hear from her, please pm me and I'll give you my cell too, well I'll do that anyway - and let her know we do love her and miss her and wishing her the best!!!!

I tried to find her on Navy 4 Moms general site and couldn't find her unless she's under a different name nor could I find her on this site. Sure wish this could be resolved. We need her as much as she needs us.

Yes NavyWife, please do come back to your group! No harm was meant, we are all just stressing and worried about our boys...
Comment by HelenGJ on September 27, 2010 at 11:28am
I am definitely praying for NavyWife621. I sent her a msg on Saturday saying I was sure no one meant any harm and that her msg did not seem out of line to me. I have now been blocked too. I do hate that she is having to go this alone..I hope everyone can mend the fences before PIR...Blessings to ALL...
I am soooo excited, we are so close..
