That's good news he doesn't have asthma.  Does he have plans for what happens next?  I know you said earlier he still wanted to be in the Navy if possible.

Just wanted to update you all on my son. Just a reminder, he was separated from boot camp for asthma because he had an attack while trying his pfa. As I suspected, it was because of not being over the pneumonia. Turns out I was right, you cannot diagnose asthma with out ruling out other illnesses. Local allergist tested him and said no asthma........

Always welcome hearing from any and all of you.  My son is now in Pensacola, Florida - changed from ET to Cryptology.  Hasn't started A school yet but he likes it better there than GL.  (Just wait until the summer humidity hits and the bugs come out - he's used to our Arizona dry heat.)  He'll be there for at least 15 weeks after school starts and then who knows where or for how long.  One of his friends was in town last week and stopped by to see us.  I realized that I miss having his friends around about as much as I miss him.  Hope everyone is having a good Springtime and not getting any of those terrible storms. Love to all.

Hi everyone! Wow Cameowlot, how exciting that you have a second one going to GL.  My husband keeps teasing my youngest who is only gonna be 15 that she will join the Air Force, she says no way, she says she is a college girl. Time will tell. Memories all over again for cameowlot. Hopefully the second time it is easier to handle emotions, or perhaps not, good luck and god bless!! Cindy

congrats, cameowlot....if you need anything while at GL---I'm about 75 miles away.  Same goes for you, sjtina!
