Hi Cameowlot, you are strong and the better person because you and your family were there to pay your respects and your Granny is smiling down at you from heaven and happy that you and your immediate family was there just remember that and thats all that counts.Im so glad you also got to spend time with your son Love ya,Maria Navy25

Oh cameowlot, it's too bad that the funeral had to turn out that way. Obviously you are in a much better place than your relatives!

On a happier note, I got my DVD of PIR today. Thank goodness I was home alone cuz I watched it right away and cried my way through it. I didn't hardly cry at the actual graduation but watching it again brought all those memories back. It was fun to see the things that I wasn't really paying attention to (like everything but div 333!). Hats off to the performing division that had to do everything my son did plus all the extra stuff.

Well, we love you cameowlot! Glad both of them were able to be home and I'm sure you've all made the most of the time! I know there's some special family circumstances as well - I hope that all went smoothly as you celebrated your Grandmother's life!

Hi Honnalora, I was thinking of you the other day when I was looking at the M&G fotos and PIR for the thousands of times since I got home it was such an experience for Me and again Thank you for starting our group we pretty much still keep in touch and I hope it stays like that even during our hectic lifes. I myself just went through a quick change at my job I almost got fired and its been very stressfull I got changed to another facility and just found out they gave my position to somebodyelse younger and gave her better hours 7am to 4pm something I had asked for the last 4 years instead of me working 13 hours straight I just hope I can stay at this new place I cant afford to loose my job. Enjoy your Florida trip and Good Luck to your hubby if you take fotos show us that sounds like fun. Glad your back Missed you,Keep in touch Luv,Maria Navy25

Hello everyone! I have sort of been of the grid for a bit. I have been swamped with work and planning for our trip to IRONMAN Florida. We are in Panama City for the next week and a half. The sunshine and warm weather is much better than the current stuff in Indiana. It's great to get away and relax as my hubby prepares for his biggest triathlon yet.

I plan on reading through all the pages I know I have missed and getting caught up on messages from you all - my dear friends.

Sorry for being away - I am back to STAY!

Maria - Nice post w/ the flashy Happy Halloween! :-)) There is a group on here if you haven't seen it already for empty nesters too! I was going to join, cuz I feel like there's a big hole in my nest, but it's not 'empty' and I sometimes feel guilty for letting the hole get to me so much, bcause my youngest is still home and still needs his momma - even though he TOTALLY acts like he doesn't even want me in the same airspace w/ him. I don't remember 13 being like this, maybe I blocked the memory - who knows :-) ?!?!
Busy weekend ahead, 2 karaoke gigs, so probably not alot of chatter from me this weekend. Hope everyone has a safe and happy halloween!
