Yeah, we have lots of classes, everything you can think of including water gym, which is my favorite, and we have zumba, palates, yoga, so many more I can't even think of them lol plus we have every machine you can think of, and weights, racket ball, tennis and a huge outdoor pool for summer fun, a sauna, and a hot tub woohoo. Sadly they were closed today :-(

Darcie: I bet the "girls" are getting that same snow today.  :-)  They all will be shoveling it soon if too much falls!  They do lots of that (at least, when my son was up there).

Lala:  I never had a personal trainer...BUT the trainers teach the classes...therefore, "free" personal training!  Glad you all are tackling exercise as a family...helps to make each accountable and hopefully more fun.  Have to say...I'm not a "machine" person...have to do the classes (variety).  So give some of the classes a try...do you have them at your gym?

We all started a healthy path about a month ago. The whole family has been going to the gym. They just redid the pool and it is awesome especially in the winter. We got the kids new workout/running shoes for Christmas. I wish I could afford a personal trainer lol. We also have a bike path that runs for several miles through town that we can walk on and it is really close to our house. I love going to the gym but hate it in Jan and Feb because it will be packed with all the people who made new years resolutions lol.

Happy New Year everyone!

Good Girl, FTLW, with the "workout" comment~  I'm heading to the gym in a few minutes for one of my fav classes...imagining that it won't be so packed in there this morning since I go at 8:30!  Many may just be going to sleep!  :-)  Then heading to church...taking care of my "body" and then my "soul!"
