joyb: I am so sorry this has happened to her. All I can say is things happen for a reason and there must be something that she needs to be a part of. Hopefully she will be able to fulfill all her dreams. I hope she can make home to you in time for Christmas. It always seems to take forever for the paperwork to process them out of there. Please stay in touch and let us know how she is doing. I will keep you both and your family in my prayers.

joyb:  So so sorry...hope she heals 100 percent and can re-process in.  How is she feeling about this?  I would imagine very disappointed, but the important thing is to get her well first.  Prayers for all...

joyb - I'm so sorry to hear this. Prayers for her recovery. Merry Christmas, God Bless you and your Family.

I am so sorry joyb, that is so awful, my heart breaks for you and your daughter.

How horrible joyb!  You are in my thoughts as we approach Christmas and pray your daughter a speedy recovery.

I wanted to thank everyone for your support and encouragement through this emotional roller coaster.  We got a phone call last night and our daughter has been injured and is in medical hold being processed to be sent home.  Prayers are appreciated as she would like to heal and re-process if they would allow her.  We wish you all a Merry Christmas and we'll continue to pray for you and your sailors.  Thank you again.  God Bless.

Yup LaLa...it IS hard...Mine are still young...ummm..."er" so PS3 games on the list! LOL! They have to make a list...we keep it within a certain price range...so it helps.

Now hubby...that has got me stumped...he makes a list but I always like something personal! I did get him cigars...but that WAS on his list!. Since I have been sick for three weeks it has made it harder to "think" about something!

I want to bake but just don't know if there will be time BEFORE Christmas...maybe after... for New Years Day! Your goodies sound YUMMY!

Too Funny NJ!

lol, well maybe no list is better than a 2K list lol. I got him some clothes and some really good running shoes since he needs them to get in shape before bootcamp. But I want to get him something fun. He normally asks for video games but his X-box is broken and I can't afford a new one right now.  He is on the rescue squad ( a first responder) so I sent an email to a couple people who work with him there to see if they had any ideas :-) Thanks for your help.
